Empathy of All Hearts is always looking for new caregivers. We are looking for compassionate candidates that meet these requirements:
1) At least one year of professional experience as a caregiver
2) Two forms of ID such as:
- Driver's License / State ID
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
OR - Passport
3) General Physical Examination & TB
- TB Gold or 2-Step TB test within last year
or - Chest X-Ray
4) PA Criminal Background Check
- PA Criminal Background checks should be conducted through the state
***We do not except PA Criminal Background checks that are or were conducted by a third-party. If you need assistance conducting one, please contact the office***
5) CPR Certification (If Applicable)
6) Three Professional References
